Responsibilities
- Execute and optimise all core HR Operations processes, including payroll, benefits, onboarding, offboarding, and employee records
- Develop and execute the People strategy to support company growth from 150 to 500+ employees
- Build/implement scalable HR processes, systems, and automations
- Lead company-wide initiatives such as performance reviews, equity programs, learning & development, and leadership enablement
- Act as a trusted People Partner to managers on performance, development, and employee relations

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in People, preferably in a fast-growing startup or technology company
- Hands-on experience with payroll, employment contracts, benefits, and HR compliance
- Experience building and improving People processes and systems
- Strong communication skills and ability to partner with managers and leadership
- Ownership mindset with a willingness to operate both strategically and hands-on
- Experience in performance management, learning & development, equity programs
- Experience working with HR systems (HRIS)
- Experience supporting international teams
