  • Develop and maintain automation solutions using PowerShell and related scripting technologies
  • Automate operational tasks, deployments, provisioning workflows, reporting, and remediation activities
  • Drive operational efficiency through automation and process standardization initiatives
  • Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI)
  • Support and administer Citrix and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)/Azure VDI environments
  • Optimize virtual desktop performance, scalability, availability, and user experience
  • Collaborate with infrastructure and cloud teams to support hybrid workplace initiatives
  • Remote Support & Security Tools
  • Administer and support remote support and privileged access tools including Bomgar and BeyondTrust
  • Ensure endpoint security standards and governance requirements are maintained
  • Partner closely with cybersecurity teams to support compliance and endpoint protection initiatives
  • Documentation & Operational Excellence
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, engineering standards, operational procedures, and runbooks
  • Create knowledge articles and operational documentation to support consistent service delivery
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and operational governance activities
  • Vendor & MSP Partnership
  • Collaborate with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to ensure operational alignment, accountability, and service excellence
  • Provide technical leadership and governance oversight for outsourced EUC support functions
  • Drive adherence to enterprise standards, SLAs, KPIs, and operational best practices
  • Job Requirements:

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related
  • 6-10 + years of experience in End User Computing, Desktop Engineering, or Workplace Technology roles in a global e nvironment
  • Strong understanding of modern workplace technologies and endpoint security best practices.
  • Experience supporting enterprise-scale global environments
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues across endpoint and virtual desktop platforms

Job Description: Position Summary This position is based on site and requires four days per week in the Brea office to support collaboration and business needs. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead End User Computing (EUC) Engineer to join our Global IT support organization in Brea, California. This role will serve as a senior technical leader responsible for delivering and enhancing the digital workplace experience across the enterprise (globally) . The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in endpoint engineering, device management, automation, virtual desktop technologies, software deployment, and modern workplace solutions. This position plays a critical role in driving the strategic direction, operational excellence, standardization, automation, and governance of the global EUC environment while partnering closely with Managed Service Providers (MSPs), infrastructure teams, security teams, and business stakeholders. The lead EUC Engineer will help modernize and optimize the employee technology experience through scalable endpoint management solutions, automation initiatives, lifecycle management, and continuous service improvement efforts , and a scalable operating model.
