About the role
As a Branch Member Consultant at HCF, you'll be the face of Australia's largest Not-For-Profit Health Fund! Your personal touch will help guide our members in making informed healthcare choices. Location & Hours This full-time position is based in our Flagship Branch in George St - right in the heart of Sydney CBD! Flexibility We offer one Family & Friends day and 3 additional flexible leave days each year, giving you more freedom to recharge, manage personal commitments, and maintain a healthy work-life balance. Salary Salaries start at $65K plus super plus incentive!
Responsibilities
- Embrace face-to-face and telephone needs-based selling, highlighting our diverse range of health, life, and other insurance products. This may also include opportunities to broaden your business development skills outside of the HCF branch and in your local community.
- Ensure resolutions to our members' problems that go beyond expectations.
- Maintain the accuracy of our membership information in accordance with organisational policies and procedures.

- Proven background in customer service environments, with the ability to build rapport quickly and confidently.
