We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant (Technology) with a strong background in recruitment, and a keen interest in the Web3 and Emerging Technology industry. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across multiple functions within the company. If you are passionate and enthusiastic about the web3 industry, specifically talent related projects, come and join our team! In this role, you will: Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job requisition through to offer negotiation and on-boarding for various roles within the organization, including specialized roles in technologies. Build and maintain talent pipelines by proactively sourcing and engaging with passive candidates through online platforms, social media, professional networks, and other channels. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, provide market insights, and ensure alignment on candidate profiles, job descriptions, and hiring timelines. Utilize CRM and other recruitment tools to track candidate progress, maintain candidate databases, and generate reports on pipeline activity. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, Web3 industry/ Emerging Technology developments, and talent acquisition best practices to help inform recruitment strategies and decision-making. You might thrive in this role if you have: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 3+ years of experience in recruitment agency (360 recruitment), with strong track records. Experience in recruiting for emerging technology sectors (e.g., AI, Blockchain, Robotics, Quantum Computing, and semi-conductor) Familiarity with emerging technology sectors, including developments and trends. Strong knowledge of CRM and recruitment platforms is an advantage. Fluency in Mandarin and English is required.
