Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of outfitter accounts within an assigned region, serving as the primary point of contact and relationship owner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field of study, or an Associate's degree with equivalent working experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of client relationship management or account management experience.
  • Demonstrated experience managing relationships across multiple organizations or locations.
  • Experience leading projects and/or teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience delivering presentations or training.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across diverse groups.
  • Experience managing multiple accounts or projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to analyze challenges and provide solution-oriented recommendations.
  • Ability to interpret data and trends to inform account strategies and business decisions.
  • Candidates must live within a reasonable distance (60 minutes) from a major metropolitan airport, preferably near the Dallas/Ft. Worth metropolitan area. (Southern Region: NM, TX, OK, AR, MO, and KS.)
  • Ability to travel within the assigned region greater than 50% of the time.
