Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Lead the accurate and timely execution of global payroll across regions jurisdictions.
- Vendor Partnership: Manage and challenge payroll service providers to ensure the highest standards of timeliness and accuracy.
- Customer Obsession: Resolve team member inquiries via our ticketing system with a focus on transparency and a world-class "People First" experience.
- Audit & Compliance: Support internal and external audits, ensuring robust controls and 100% statutory compliance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a strategic partner to Finance, Tax, Accounting, Accounts Payable, Treasury and People Operations to ensure seamless, end-to-end process flow.
- Knowledge Leadership: Maintain and evolve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to reflect the "new Sabre" workflows.
- Transformation Advocate: Contribute to high-impact People Team projects, focusing on automation, Workday optimization, and operational scalability.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years of progressive payroll experience in a global or shared-services environment.
- Tech Savvy: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel is a must); experience with Workday and ADP is highly preferred.
- Communication: Easy going verbal and written English skills, with the ability to communicate complex payroll concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Mindset: A "Customer Obsessed" attitude with a drive to solve problems before they escalate.
