  • JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Keeps up to date with ACCME accreditation policies and practices.
  • Is responsible for successful accreditation/re-accreditation.
  • Assists in the development and refining of educational objectives and in the development of educational needs to be addressed by CME activities in collaboration with CME Medical Director and CME Committee.
  • Implements and coordinates program planning procedures for CME activities. Ensures that documentation of the CME planning process is appropriate and complete.
  • Assists in CME speaker recruitment and management (i.e. travel, documents, etc), and also in recruitment for educational event participation, including the development and dissemination of marketing materials.
  • Works with accreditation body (IMQ), outside vendors, internal staff to plan and coordinate their projects from inception, meeting requirements and ensuring completion on time, within cost and to required quality standards.
  • Manages the CME budget in collaboration with supervisor, including regular tracking to ensure program stays within budget.
  • Maintains proficiency in applicable software including organizational learning management system, including assigning modules, and reporting; And the Audience Response System Software including functionality and reporting.
  • Pay Range
  • $22.93 -$34.40
