Job Description: Ryan Companies US, Inc., an industry leader in commercial real estate, has an immediate career opportunity for a Real Estate Coordinator to join our team in Minneapolis! This individual will work closely with and administratively support a portfolio of our commercial properties. This will be an in office, full-time, Monday - Friday role with the potential to work from home one day per week. Some things you can expect to do: Communicate and work with external customers, subcontractors and tenants. Coordinate tenant service requests. Process property invoices on a regular basis for manager approval; preparation includes checking math, inserting vendor and account code information, copying and filing. Process monthly rent statements and submit to tenants as required. Assist with planning tenant appreciation events. Track utility and supply usage amounts on a weekly/monthly basis. Maintain and update Certificates of Insurance for service vendors and tenants. Assist with lease administration and document storage Coordinate vendor access and compliance with building rules General administrative duties as required by team/department. Job Requirements: 2+ years of strong administrative experience, with an interest in real estate management Strong organizational skills Basic accounting/financial knowledge Intermediate to advanced level of understanding with MS Word and Excel You will really stand out if you have: Experience in real estate management Eligibility: Positions require verification of employment eligibility to work in the U.S.
