About the role
HR Executive Job Responsibilities: - Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions - recruitment, payroll, leave management, work pass matters, upkeep employee records and staff welfare. - Assist General Manager in recruitment of new staff such as posting job advertisements, scheduling job interviews, assisting in interview process, handling onboarding of new staff and exit clearance etc. - Handle all administrative matters related to MOM, CPF and IRAS such as work pass applications and renewals, processing NS claims, childcare leave or parental leave claims. - Review and administer Employee Handbook, HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance. - Submission of NS claims, childcare leave claims, maternity leave, paternity leave claims. - Liaise with Insurance company with regards to staff movement. - Ensure compliance with company's accounting policies and procedures. Account Assistant Job Responsibilities: - Able to backup when account role during on leave; - Responsible for day-to-day operations, compiling and recording of accounts pertaining to cash receipts, expenditures, accounts payable and receivables - Maintenance and processing of payments from petty cash accounts - Preparation of weekly and monthly accounts - Maintain filing, scanning and documents tracking - Any other ad-hoc duties Job Requirements: - Background experience in payroll and HR matters is a must - Proficient in Microsoft Office with good Excel skills - Proficient in MOM, CPF and Income Tax statutory regulation - Meticulous, detailed, good organizational and time management skills - Able to multi-task and willing to work in a start-up environment - Strong problem solving, analytical and execution skills. - ***Able to start work immediately or within short notices. ***
