Role Overview As the Compliance Specialist, you'll ensure affordable housing compliance for the property by maintaining regulatory accuracy, supporting audits, and serving as a subject matter expert across applicable housing programs. Compliance Oversight & Regulatory Expertise Oversee and maintain affordable housing compliance for assigned affordable housing property. Serve as a subject matter expert on affordable housing regulations, including LIHTC, Project‑Based Section 8, Tax‑Exempt Bonds, and HOME. Monitor regulatory and policy changes and ensure timely implementation of compliance requirements. Rent, Income, & Program Administration Establish and maintain compliant rents, income limits, and utility allowances. File Review & Audit Readiness Conduct file reviews to confirm eligibility, documentation accuracy, and ongoing regulatory compliance.
