Requirements

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
• 5+ years in Finance Manager, Financial Controller or Senior Management Accountant roles
• Strong management accounting and financial reporting expertise
• Budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and treasury experience
• Payroll, AP and AR leadership
• Multi-entity and multi-currency experience
• Advanced Excel with excellent analytical skills
• Xero and Rippling experience advantageous
• Experience working within a high growth, scale up or entrepreneurial business is essential.
• Retail, events, hospitality, marketing or agency background desirable

Your Focus: Financial control, governance and statutory compliance Management accounts, board reporting and performance analysis Budgeting, forecasting and FP&A 13-week cash flow forecasting and treasury management Payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable Working capital, treasury and liquidity management Commercial business partnering Financial systems, automation and process improvement Multi-entity and multi-currency finance operations Drive Financial Performance Through: Financial Reporting & Control Lead month-end and year-end close processes Produce consolidated management accounts, P&L, balance sheet and cash flow reports Prepare insightful board reporting packs and KPI analysis Maintain robust financial controls, reconciliations and audit readiness Support statutory accounts, compliance and governance Commercial Finance Lead budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis Provide commercial insight to improve profitability Support strategic investment decisions and business planning Develop financial models and performance reporting Treasury, Payroll & Operations Manage group cash flow and working capital Oversee banking, payments and treasury Lead payroll across multiple territories Oversee AP, AR and credit control Improve systems, reporting and finance processes
