About the role

As a Connectivity Systems Engineer, you will: - Define wireless architecture for consumer electronics devices - Define key performance metric and drive modeling efforts to predict end-to-end system performance - Perform gap analysis and system performance optimization across radio, PHY, MAC, firmware and software.

Requirements

• Experience identifying bugs in architecture, algorithms, functionality, and performance with strong overall debugging skills
• Experience in communication theory, OFDM, MIMO, Digital/Wireless Communication Systems or RF engineering
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Experience in Wi-Fi/BT/BLE/ZigBee/WAN/GPS/UWB or NFC
• Experience with scripting languages and simulation tools such as Python/MatLab, and etc.
• Master's degree or Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Experience developing PHY/MAC layer HW/SW targeting SoCs, FPGAs, and general-purpose processors
• Experience in wireless system design and architecture, system integration, and RF system analysis
• Experience in RFIC or Custom wireless chipset development
