Health Care Record Representative - Warehouse Support

Requirements

• Education : High School Diploma or equivalency
• Experience : Minimum of One year experience (warehouse, healthcare, or administrative preferred)
• License: Valid Driver's License, Required
• Comfortable with operating or willingness to learn warehouse equipment Wave Assist Vehicle (WAV) and electric pallet jack
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
• Comfortable with working in a warehouse environment and lifting up to 50-75 lbs. Required

Emplify Health is seeking a Healthcare Records Representative to support our Health Information team in a warehouse-based environment. In this role, you will perform a variety of tasks to ensure the timely collection, organization, distribution, and availability of patient health records, helping support continuity of care. Major Responsibilities Include: Collect, organize, and scan patient records from hospital and clinic departments Operate warehouse equipment including WAV and electric pallet jack Enter and maintain accurate patient information within electronic health records Ensure timely and secure handling of Protected Health Information (PHI) Support document imaging and record distribution processes Communicate effectively with providers and internal teams Maintain productivity and quality standards Assist with reporting and tracking using Excel and other systems Follow all applicable state, federal, and organizational guidelines What's Available: 0.5 FTE; 20 hours/ week Schedule: Monday-Friday Days; typically, 4 hour shifts between the hours of 7:00am-5:00pm. Location: La Crosse, WI AVS - 1920 South Ave. La Crosse, WI Compensation: Starting at $16.85/hour with opportunity for higher pay based on relevant work experience
