About this role Company: BlackRock Financial Management, Inc. Job Title: Associate Location: 725 Ponce De Leon Avenue NE Atlanta, GA 30306 Job Duties: Develop scalable software to further enhance the platform used to deliver accounting and product services. Support internal systems and use them to investigate technical user inquiries and provide remediation. Build relationships with internal clients to understand functional gaps and opportunities for new features. Create ad-hoc tools designed to create scale and automation using Java, Python, other programming languages. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a related field and four (4) years of experience as an Associate, Analyst or a related role. Must have four (4) years of experience with the following: Java; OOA/D; Investment Performance; Python; SQL; Microsoft Power BI; and Tableau. Must have three (3) years of experience with: Perl; and AngularTS. Must have two (2) years of experience with: Azure DevOps; Sybase; Kafka; XML-based reporting tools including BIRT and Viewserver; and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAPS) including fund accounting, compliance and operational infrastructure.
