Job Summary The Process Specialist is responsible for driving disciplined execution of supplier quality processes, including Preproduction Kickoff Meetings (PPKOM) and Supplier Nonconformance (MSN) management, to ensure alignment, defect prevention, and timely resolution of quality issues. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented professional who leads structured technical meetings, captures clear and accurate documentation, and ensures all requirements, actions, and decisions are effectively tracked and executed. The Process Specialist is accountable for managing supplier nonconformances and investigations, including root cause analysis, corrective actions, and performance metrics, to drive supplier accountability, continuous improvement, and reliable outcomes. Through rigorous follow-up and strict adherence to defined processes, the Process Specialist ensures timely closure of actions, alignment across stakeholders, and measurable improvements in supplier performance and equipment reliability. This role also requires strong capability in Power BI and PowerApps to enhance data visibility, automate workflows, and improve process efficiency in support of SQE activities.
