The Import Export Admin Coordinator will support Import/Export Department to ensure timely movement of international and domestic shipments in compliance with company standards, customer standards and US Customs and Border Protection. Ideal candidate will have a strong Customer Service orientated approach as well as accuracy in this role to maintain service levels to internal customers while retaining customs and export compliance requirements. Compliance responsibilities: Track and monitor shipments. Enter and update import data to SAP. Processing shipments/preparing shipping documents Coordinating freight payments Respond to inquiries from customs broker and forwarder. Assist to help the team meet its performance objectives.
