About the role

Your role : Are you a strategic thinker? Do you know what it takes to build talent pipelines? We're looking for someone like that to help us: -collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies -source and attract high-caliber candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events -conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role -manage the candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and a positive impression of our firm -utilize recruitment tools and technologies to streamline the hiring process and improve efficiency -stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance our recruitment efforts -build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs -contribute towards continuous improvement initiatives or ad-hoc projects Your team : You will be part of a global Investment Banking team based in Singapore. Your expertise : -5+ years of experience within a recruitment function ideally having worked in a search environment -proven experience within the financial services or Investment Banking sector -ability to collaborate with other HR departments including reward, HR business partners and onboarding -strong relationship management skills and highly responsive and adaptive communication skills -an ability to develop a diverse array of recruitment strategies in order to exceed client expectations -proven ability to positively challenge traditional processes, strategies and practices -a progressive mindset with an interest in new technologies and an ability to execute For more information about how UBS processes your data including how we protect your data, your rights in respect of your data and contact details of the Group Data Protection Office, please refer to the UBS Candidate Privacy Notice here.
