• Maintains a high degree of productivity, efficiency, cost effectiveness, and quality in shop performance. Closely monitors and controls key performance indicators and ensures adherence to budget.
• Provides timely and courteous customer service, keeps shop employees up-to-date on current policies, procedures, and related official information to ensure clear, concise, and necessary communication channels are maintained. Enforces all safety requirements.

Our team of trained trade experts are well-matched for the university's operational and maintenance needs, whether the facility is a brand new laboratory or our iconic Tower.
