Liquid Personnel has exciting opportunities for experienced support workers to join a fantastic, supported living service for adults with mental health needs and learning disabilities in Manchester, for its client based in Leyland, Lancashire. Do you enjoy activities such as bike riding, walking, listening to music, watching films, playing football, and enjoying fun days out? If this sounds like you, then this role is perfect for you! What will your responsibilities be? As the Support Worker you will support the team leader in in ensuring the highest quality of care is delivered. You will regularly complete risk assessments, keep records up to date with. You will be providing physical support which may include helping with household tasks and personal care, Provide emotional support for an individual and their families. In addition, Supporting and helping with health care needs, including routine checks or administrating medication. You will teach life skills, such as shopping, using public transport and paying for bills.
