Responsibilities
- Provide strategic guidance to managers on complex employee relations topics (e.g. performance management, restructuring, employee well-being, conflict resolution)

- Experience in areas such as performance management, restructuring, or organizational change (preferred)
- Fluent in English (mandatory)
- High level of autonomy and sound judgment in ambiguous situations
- Strong critical thinking and ability to connect the dots
- Excellent communication, influence, and negotiation skills
- Ability to balance multiple perspectives and align competing interests
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism
- Location: Parque das Nações, Lisboa
- Work Model: Hybrid (max. of 2 times per week in the office)
