We're looking for a Senior Consultant, Marketing Automation & Operations to lead our global Pardot and Salesforce operations. In this role, you'll drive the development and optimization of B2B marketing automation strategies, collaborating closely with content, paid media, analytics, and sales teams. Your work will directly support scalable campaign execution, lead management, and alignment between marketing and sales. This role will have one person reporting; however will support further development as required. Location and Flexibility This is a hybrid role. This model requires the ability to work in a hybrid mode from one of our offices in São Paulo (2 times/ week or 8 days/ month) or Porto Alegre (3 times/ week or 12 days/ month). Our WFN culture is designed to foster in-person innovation, collaboration, and connection with team members local and visiting from other global offices.

Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Help build a Centre of Excellence for Marketing Automation & Operations, supporting the vision, tech stack strategy, and team development.
  • Foster alignment and communication with cross-functional partners including Sales, IT, Analytics, and Senior Leadership.
  • Mentor and support team members and external agencies on strategy, tools, and best practices.
  • Marketing Automation & Data Governance
  • Own end-to-end Pardot operations and support Salesforce administration.
  • Design and optimize lead nurture workflows, segmentation, A/B testing, dynamic content, and campaign reporting.
  • Manage list imports, QA, deliverability, and maintain database hygiene.
  • Implement lead scoring, grading, manage lifecycle stages (MIL to SQL), and enhance campaign attribution.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CCPA, and oversee key platform integrations.
  • Strategic Execution & Enablement
  • Collaborate with product marketing, content, and sales teams on lifecycle email strategy and execution.
  • Align with analytics and IT on platform improvements and campaign measurement.
  • Provide strategic and hands-on support to internal growth marketing teams and agency partners.
  • Sales Alignment & Lead Management
  • Work closely with sales to improve marketing-to-sales handoff, lead lifecycle management, and lead scoring frameworks.
  • Use data insights to refine MQL/SQL conversion strategies and improve attribution accuracy.
  • Content Strategy & Optimization
  • Partner with content and product marketing to build high-performing campaigns.
  • Leverage A/B testing and content optimization to maximize engagement and conversions.
  • Marketing Operations & Martech
  • Drive operational excellence in lead management and campaign performance.
  • Support in maintaining and evolving the marketing tech stack, ensuring seamless integration and data flow & governance.
  • Champion forecasting (sales, revenue, project delivery), and manage reporting cadence (monthly, quarterly, annual)
  • Create business intelligence tools and dashboards to improve visibility on customer, product, and profitability metrics
  • Support segmentation and activation strategies using CRM and CDP data & models.
  • Testing, Analytics & Reporting
  • Conduct multivariate and incrementality tests across nurture and ABM programs.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in marketing automation and operations, with deep hands-on experience in Pardot and Salesforce in a B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation best practices, email design, and regulatory compliance.
  • Demonstrated experience in lead management , data governance, and cross-functional project execution.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Highly organized with excellent prioritization and project management skills.
