Requirements

• Passion for luxury retail, fashion, and exceptional customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with a diverse clientele.

• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
• Previous retail or hospitality experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Contract Tenure: 9 months with pro-rated benefits (Jun 2026 - Mar 2027), conversion to a perm staff subjected to individual performance

Working hours: 9 working hours per shift, 5 days work week including weekends Boutique location: Orchard Takashimaya Pay: $2,800 - $3,000 basic Job Scope: Converse and engage with customers who enter the boutique and conduct boutique tours /brand storytelling Cater to clients needs and by creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for customers to discover the brand while working seamlessly with Client Advisors on product offering recommendations Handle and oversee daily administrative and coordination activities like appointment scheduling, responding to email and phone inquiries and requests Oversee the general upkeeping of the boutique and ensure that daily operations run smoothly
