What you'll do as a Compensation & Benefits Analyst, You'll support the development, implementation, and administration of programs that directly impact the well-being and performance of our global workforce. You'll work on projects of limited scope and complexity, applying standard practices to analyze data, evaluate program effectiveness, and recommend improvements. You'll also participate in market surveys, collaborate with vendors, and provide guidance to employees and managers. Your work will be closely supervised, but your contributions will help ensure our rewards programs remain competitive and compliant. Success in this role will be measured by: Maintaining 100% compliance with compensation and benefits regulations across supported regions. Achieving a 95% accuracy rate in data reporting and program documentation. Supporting timely completion of compensation surveys and benchmarking within quarterly deadlines. Delivering employee and manager support with a satisfaction rating of 90% or higher in internal feedback surveys. What you bring to the role A four-year college degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. 0-2 years of experience in compensation, benefits, or HR analytics. Ability to explain policies and practices clearly and professionally. Strong attention to detail and comfort working with data and standard procedures.
