$85,000 - $95,000ROLE COMMITMENTSSupport increased product sales by effectively designing test protocols for new products and product changes.Facilitate accurate dissemination of information by properly documenting each test procedure and its results, changes, and blockers.Integrate AI solutions into routine everyday tasks in order to increase efficiency and productivity.Develop automated systems for collecting and saving data to enable more accurate reporting.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESMake technical contributions as part of a team of product test engineers.Develop and implement comprehensive test plans for new product development, ensuring thorough validation and verification of product designs.Participate in the NPI testing process for new designs, ensuring that all products meet quality, performance, and safety standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Design, Manufacturing, and Quality Assurance to define test requirements, ensure alignment, and drive process improvements.Establish, refine, and execute test protocols, methodologies, and validation plans to ensure robust product performance under various conditions.Lead root cause analysis and troubleshooting for product test failures and non-conformance issues, working with teams to resolve and prevent future occurrences.Ensure compliance and industry standards are met during the testing and validation processes.Champion continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging data and insights to enhance test efficiency and product quality.Provide detailed, actionable reports to senior leadership on test results, progress, and risks, ensuring clear communication of findings and mitigation strategies.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCEEducation and Basic QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Firmware Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.2+ years of experience in product test engineering or validation.Familiarity with the NPI process and hands-on experience with product testing, validation, and troubleshooting.Strong background in test methodologies, test equipment, and automated testing processes.Proven ability to work within a cross-functional team, collaborating with other team members and supporting multiple projects concurrently.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical data to non-technical stakeholders.Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.Highly motivated to achieve both team and individual goals.Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.Health insuranceVision insurance
