Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or equivalent qualification with 8+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong product management experience across the full product lifecycle.
- Knowledge of licensing, SaaS, subscriptions, entitlements, and deployment models.
- Experience in commercialization, pricing, business cases, and go-to-market planning.
- Understanding of regulated laboratory environments and compliance requirements is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, able to manage competing priorities, and willing to travel up to 25%.

Job Description The Product Manager for Licensing is responsible for defining and managing Agilent's licensing and entitlement management capabilities across the software portfolio. This role owns the product lifecycle from strategy, business case, and requirements through development, release, adoption, commercialization, and ongoing improvement.
