Responsibilities

  • Maintenance Supervision
  • Oversee workers handling maintenance tasks, service facilities, and conservancy work
  • Permit-to-Work Management
  • Administer and monitor the day-to-day permit-to-work system to ensure compliance and safety.

  • Investigate and report tenancy infringements by tenants.
  • Surveys & Reporting
  • Assist in surveys and reporting as required by the client.
  • *Any other ad hoc duties required from time to time.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education
  • Minimum Diploma in Building or Facilities Management disciplines from a recognised tertiary institution (M&E background preferred).
  • Experience At least three (3) years of relevant working experience in property or facilities management.
  • Technical Skills
  • Knowledge of building systems, maintenance processes, and safety regulations.
  • Ability to manage emergency repairs and troubleshooting effectively.
  • Soft Skills
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and resolve issues promptly.
  • Detail-oriented with good organisational and problem-solving skills.
