Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily site activities, including subcontractor works, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project schedules.

Requirements

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline recognized by the Professional Engineers (PE) Board, or equivalent qualifications.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant engineering experience in the construction industry.
  • Proven experience in managing projects of similar scale, nature, and complexity, particularly in building works.
  • Prior hands-on experience in construction site supervision and coordination.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, project coordination, and quality control procedures.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Committed to maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and project delivery.
