This role will offer variety and scope for an enthusiastic team player who enjoys the full spectrum of a busy workplace. In addition to general sales and customer service duties, you'll be responsible for the following : interacting with our customers face to face and via phone and email to manage a variety of enquiries preparing and following up customer quotes, whilst supporting our sales teams identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction; provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools develop, maintain and manage relationships across the business ensure that tasks are completed in a timely manner and systems updated accordingly resolving issues and seeking ways to improve the customer's experience.
