We're searching for a Procurement Specialist to be part of our Supply Chain Department diverse team of talent. What you will be working on: Strategic sourcing for semiconductor equipment parts, spares, services, and indirect categories Develop and execute commodity strategies Act as liaison between Engineering, Operations, and Suppliers Manage contracts, negotiations, and supplier performance Handle PR/PO processes and expedite critical orders Coordinate logistics and ensure compliance Manage inventory, consignment stock, and obsolescence Conduct supplier audits and risk mitigation Prepare reports and procurement KPIs More about you: Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field 3-5 years procurement or supply chain experience Knowledge of semiconductor equipment and MRO Experience with SAP / ERP systems Strong negotiation and stakeholder management Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, MS Power and Copilot Suite Able to work independently in fast-paced environment Bilingual in English and Chinese preferred Fresh graduates with high motivation and curiosity are welcome to apply SSMC is committed to equal employment opportunities and abides by the Tripartite Guidelines on Fair Employment Practices (TGFEP).
