- Your Profile
- Essential
- Completed technical or engineering degree (e.g., mechanical, electrical, civil, chemical, or industrial engineering)
- Several years of professional experience in technical consulting, engineering, asset management, or operation of infrastructure and/or energy projects
- Experience in due diligence, transaction-related, or M&A-related projects with an understanding of technical, commercial, and economic value drivers
- Excellent analytical skills and experience in evaluating technical documentation, site visits, and management discussions
- Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills in dynamic transaction environments
- Excellent written and spoken in the local language (native) and English
- Desirable
- Prior experience in technical and EHS due diligence, transaction advisory, corporate finance, or M&A consulting
- Basic understanding of financial models, company valuation, investor requirements, or capital market logic
- Experience in relevant sectors such as renewable energy, power, fuels and chemicals, grid infrastructure, water & waste, industry, transportation, digital, or social Infrastructure
- International project experience and additional foreign languages

Your focus is on the technical and ESG-related evaluation of buy-side, sell-side, and project finance transactions, as well as the sound assessment of technical risks, opportunities, and value drivers in the M&A context.
