Additional Information

Job Responsibilities: Contribute to the conceptualisation and design of research studies (including primary studies, desk review, etc.) on social issues relating to children and families, under the supervision of the Head of Research and Research Advisors. Candidate will be expected to execute responsibilities relating to data collection, data cleaning and analysis. Conceptualise the dissemination plan of studies together with Advocacy Unit, contribute to the dissemination plan including writing up and presenting findings to relevant stakeholders. Work collaboratively with social service practitioners to evaluate programmes and services. Responsibilities include supporting the development of concept papers (TOC, logic model, needs analysis), proposal of suitable frameworks, methods and tools for programme evaluation, analysis of results, and contributing to reports detailing findings and recommendations. Contribute to other team efforts, such as research newsletters, research grant, organizing of events. Other tasks assigned by supervisor.
