Builds and manages critical internal relationships to ensure alignment of their priorities, programs, events, schedules, and security needs - Executive Office, Enterprise Relationship Management, Investment Group Admins, Workplace Experience, Corporate Meeting and Event planners, and Executive Admins. Identify, cultivate, and coordinate with external vendors and contractors to ensure security resources are properly vetted, staged, scheduled, and briefed on security priorities and needs and ensure adherence to contractual agreements and, if necessary, modify existing agreements. Manages Safety and Security team security demands, schedule, capital budget, and operational budget to ensure resources are appropriately planned for, budgeted, distributed, and allocated to meet global security strategy. Create and manage process to assess event/program security risk and in turn provide on-site/travel/personal/event security support to ensure the safety and security of Capital leaders, associates, meeting attendees, and reputation. Collaborate with Regional Security Teams, Executive Security Services Team, and Capital's Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) to coordinate Capital's enterprise physical security programs, solutions, and resources across Capital's global operations. Identify and recommend new technologies and methodologies as business needs evolve; evaluate new or modified end-to-end systems, processes and/or products versus internal security standards to identify potential solutions to further secure Capital Group operations. Works directly with the Strategic Sourcing and Procurement and Legal to finalize contracts and workorder agreements for upgrade and maintenance statements of work and projects. Manages in Request For Information (RFIs) efforts with external vendors to identify and support the selection of future applications to enhance team's ability to deliver global safety and security strategy. Identifies problems and implements solutions in a proactive and timely manner to ensure security systems and projects stays on schedule, stays within budget and meets business requirements. Provides input on long-range planning and implementation of industry best practices. Identifies problems and recommends/implements solutions in a proactive and timely manner. Minimum of 7+ years in a corporate or a government role as an analyst with a focus on relationship management, program management, operations, travel and event planning and support.
