About the role
Job Description : Assist the Manager in the strategic planning and operational oversight of the team under their purview. Contribute to the coordination, organizing, and execution of all activities related to project supervision, including Installation, commissioning, adjustment work, Interior, and handover of equipment. Duties & Responsibilities : 1) Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned projects. 2) Organize and execute work assignments within the section. 3) Responsible and take necessary corrective actions in case of non-conformance of the team. 4) Review all outgoing correspondence from supervisors to customers. 5) Coordinate with various departments such as BA, Engineering, QA or Design regarding equipment delivery schedules, part shortages, or defective parts. 6) Review and justify all PR for materials and services. 7) Aid in the design and implementation of new work instructions/forms to improve work quality and efficiency. 8) Responsible for ensuring proper maintenance and calibration of tools and instruments used by installers. 9) Assist in the review, maintenance, and updating of Installation Manuals, as well as in the preparation of new or revised Installation Check Records. 10) Acquisition and distribution of installation drawings, ICR and QADL to installer 11) Initiate adherence to the Environmental Policy, relevant legislation, and pollution prevention measures with subcontractors and supervisors. 12) Ensure strict adherence to workplace health and safety regulations, conducting regular safety patrols and meetings with supervisors and subcontractors. 13) Perform any other duties assigned by the Manager and senior management personnel.
