The place... Located on Avenida Tibidabo, our third Casa in the city will include a state-of-the-art gym, a full-service spa and hair salon, an 18 m² outdoor pool, a café, and two floors of club space. The Role... We are looking for an energetic, personable, and service-driven Club Receptionist to become the welcoming face of Barcelona Pool House. As the first point of contact for our members and guests, you will play a key role in creating memorable experiences and ensuring every interaction reflects the warmth, personality, and service standards of the House. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, enjoys building relationships, and takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences. Main Duties... Welcome members, guests, and visitors with confidence, warmth, and professionalism. Manage reservations, enquiries, guest arrivals, and member requests across multiple House outlets. Handle incoming calls and ensure enquiries are directed efficiently. Support members with bookings, recommendations, and personalized service. Coordinate guest lists and assist with events, screenings, and rooftop activations. Take In-Room Dining orders and maintain knowledge of menus, events, and House offerings. Act as a brand ambassador, creating positive first and lasting impressions. Collaborate closely with operational teams to ensure seamless member experiences. What We are looking for... Passion for hospitality, lifestyle, and guest experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A confident and engaging personality. Ability to remain calm and professional in a busy environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Previous experience in reception, front office, guest relations, membership, or hospitality is preferred.
