In this role, you'll: Play a direct role in patient safety and medication accuracy Work in a fast-paced inpatient environment where every shift makes an impact Build hands-on experience that can expand into advanced pharmacy or clinical roles Whether you're early in your career or looking to deepen hospital experience, this is a place where you can grow quickly and meaningfully. What you bring Pharmacy technician certification (or ability to obtain within 18 months) High school diploma or equivalent Hospital or retail pharmacy experience A detail-oriented, team-first mindset What you'll do (what your day really looks like) You'll rotate through key areas of the inpatient pharmacy, working closely with pharmacists and clinical teams to: Prepare and distribute medications accurately and efficiently Support medication delivery for patient-specific doses across units Replenish automated dispensing cabinets and maintain inventory Compound sterile and non-sterile medications Collaborate with pharmacists and care teams to ensure quality and safety This is hands-on, detail-driven work where accuracy, teamwork, and urgency matter.
