About the role
This internship is part of the Product organization and supports the Segment Strategy & Partnerships function. The role is designed for someone interested in product strategy, ecosystem research, AI infrastructure, market intelligence, and cross-functional product planning. You will support research, documentation, and enablement-related work across product and market initiatives. This position applicable do recent graduates or is expected to graduate by 2026.
Responsibilities
- Research market segments, ecosystem players, customer types, workloads, and industry developments
- Help organize customer, partner, and internal feedback into structured notes and working documents
- Support the preparation and maintenance of presentations, benchmark summaries, FAQs, white papers, and internal reference materials
- Maintain lightweight operating artifacts such as trackers, repositories, and documentation libraries
- Contribute to ad hoc projects related to launch readiness, market adoption, ecosystem mapping, and internal enablement
Requirements
- Strong research, writing, and synthesis skills
- Ability to structure information clearly and communicate it well
- Interest in AI and AI applications, cloud infrastructure, enterprise technology, or product strategy
- Strong ownership, reliability, and attention to detail
- Ability to work with English-language materials
- Prior internship or project experience in AI research, technical product, management consulting, or similar roles
- Familiarity with AI models, inference, developer ecosystems, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise software
- Comfort with presentation tools, spreadsheets, and collaborative documentation tools
- Professional fluency in additional languages
