- Provide advanced incident management, troubleshooting, and strategic guidance, including architecture presentations, migration strategies, technology roadmaps, and compliance with security and governance standards.
- 8+ years of experience designing, implementing, migrating, and supporting Cisco Unified Communications solutions in large enterprise environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with Cisco CUCM, Unity Connection, Expressway (E & C / MRA), CUBE, and Webex Control Hub.
- Proven experience with On-Prem to Webex Calling Cloud migration projects.
- Solid understanding of Cisco Webex Calling and Webex Contact Center design and implementation.
- Experience with VMware ESXi and vCenter supporting UC workloads.
- Strong knowledge of UC protocols including SIP, MGCP, and networking fundamentals such as VLANs, NAT, and routing.
- Understanding of UC platform lifecycle management, capacity planning, and high-availability design.
- Hands-on experience with system upgrades, patching, certificate management, and operational support.
- Exposure to monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk, Grafana, or similar solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex and non-complex UC issues.
- Excellent customer service mindset with strong follow-up, documentation, and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with proven experience collaborating with global teams and stakeholders.
- Understanding of ITIL-based operational processes is preferred.
