Requirements

  • Required:
  • 15+ years of experience in facilities management or construction project management
  • 5+ years of leadership experience with direct reports
  • Demonstrated success leading multi-level teams in high-volume, multi-site environments
  • Strong expertise in capital project delivery, vendor strategy, and portfolio management
  • Experience managing complex, multi-trade programs at scale
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate across executive and cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CMMS systems
  • Bachelor's degree in real estate, facilities mgmt., construction mgmt., or related field preferred

Position Summary The Regional Vice President (RVP) of Asset Management provides executive leadership over facilities management and capital program execution across a large, multi-market real estate portfolio. This role is responsible for setting strategy, driving operational excellence, and ensuring consistent delivery of capital improvements, repairs, and maintenance programs aligned with organizational objectives. The RVP leads and develops Senior Facilities Managers and Facilities Managers while establishing scalable processes, governance, and performance standards across regions.
