Field Facilitator

Responsibilities

• There are four Field Facilitators needed with work bases and corresponding areas, as follows:
• Tacloban, Leyte - entire Province of Leyte
• Borongan, Eastern Samar - entire province of Eastern Samar
• Catbalogan, Samar - entire Province of Samar
• Catarman, Northern Samar - entire Province of Northern Samar
• Coordination and Project implementation in the area of operation/region as planned.
• Support the Project Officer, coordinator and other Program Managers to plan, implement, monitor and evaluate approved activities as per programs design.
• Ensure program compliance with accountability standards.
• Co-ordinate with LGU, Local Authorities and Government and key stakeholder in the area in ensuring that the project intervention strategies are targeted to the appropriate target population.
• Data collection, and other requested tasks by Project Officer, Project Manager, and Project Director.

Requirements

• Degree in Community Development/ Public health or related fields.
• Two years' of experience in field operation, project operation.
• Excellent organizational, negotiation skills and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage with local communities, partners and government authorities.
• Computer Literacy.
• Local Language Skills.
