Responsibilities
- There are four Field Facilitators needed with work bases and corresponding areas, as follows:
- Tacloban, Leyte - entire Province of Leyte
- Borongan, Eastern Samar - entire province of Eastern Samar
- Catbalogan, Samar - entire Province of Samar
- Catarman, Northern Samar - entire Province of Northern Samar
- Coordination and Project implementation in the area of operation/region as planned.
- Support the Project Officer, coordinator and other Program Managers to plan, implement, monitor and evaluate approved activities as per programs design.
- Ensure program compliance with accountability standards.
- Co-ordinate with LGU, Local Authorities and Government and key stakeholder in the area in ensuring that the project intervention strategies are targeted to the appropriate target population.
- Data collection, and other requested tasks by Project Officer, Project Manager, and Project Director.
Requirements
- Degree in Community Development/ Public health or related fields.
- Two years' of experience in field operation, project operation.
- Excellent organizational, negotiation skills and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage with local communities, partners and government authorities.
- Computer Literacy.
- Local Language Skills.
