Responsibilities

  • Conduct risk assessment and safety planning.
  • Carry out social investigation, assessment, case formulation, intervention planning.
  • Timely preparation of reports and case recordings.
  • Implement safety and intervention plans.

  • Able to work in a fast-paced and stressful environment.
  • Has maturity, communication skills and interpersonal skills to work with professionals and families from diverse backgrounds.
  • Able to engage and work with children and adolescents.
  • Prepared to work two nights a week and weekends occasionally.

Referrals are received from the Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF) Child Protection Services to assist families and children identified as needing non-statutory services and support. Guided by a child-centred, family-focused, and community-based approach, our aim is to empower families to reach their fullest potential and provide ongoing support through life's changes and challenges.
