Position Overview: We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator with strong functional and business analysis skills to join our team in Manila, Philippines. This is a 6-month contract role with the potential to convert to a full-time position . The role will support the administration, configuration, and optimization of our Salesforce platform to ensure it effectively supports sales, revenue, e-commerce, and customer processes. You will work closely with business users to gather requirements, improve workflows, and support day-to-day Salesforce operations across Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud . Key Responsibilities: Support sales pipeline, opportunity tracking, quoting, pricing workflows, and revenue-related reporting (Sales & Revenue Cloud). Support e-commerce workflows and integrations using Commerce Cloud. Assist with customer support and marketing processes in Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud. Act as the functional point of contact for Salesforce-related support requests from business users. Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions. Perform Salesforce configuration, including fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, flows, reports, and dashboards. Manage user access, profiles, roles, and permission sets. Ensure data accuracy and integrity through clean-up, imports, and routine checks. Assist with documentation of business processes and system configurations. Participate in testing, deployment, and release support for new Salesforce features or enhancements. Provide user training and guidance to help teams effectively utilize Salesforce. Collaborate with IT, sales operations, and business teams to support ongoing platform improvements. Skills and Qualifications: Experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a Salesforce support/functional role. Good understanding of Salesforce CRM and core platform functionality. Experience with Salesforce configuration (fields, page layouts, validation rules, flows, reports, dashboards). Experience with Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, and Commerce Cloud. Exposure to Service Cloud or Marketing Cloud is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) is a plus but not required. Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. DVI Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
