Responsibilities
- Handle daily bookkeeping and accounting data entry
- Prepare invoices, receipts, payment vouchers and supporting documents
- Assist in bank reconciliations and account reconciliations
- Maintain proper filing and record-keeping of accounting documents
- Assist in GST preparation and submission
- Assist in preparation of management accounts and financial statements
- Liaise with clients for accounting documents and information
- Support corporate tax and annual filing matters
- Assist with payroll processing and CPF submissions

Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
- Minimum 1-2 years of accounting experience preferred
- Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are welcome to apply
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Knowledge of Singapore accounting standards, GST and CPF regulations is an advantage
- Responsible, meticulous and able to meet deadlines
- Good communication skills in English and Chinese
