We are looking for a Transport Planner to join the team at our Swindon depot! Key responsibilities and duties: Plan and coordinate daily vehicle movements and driver schedules across the UK. Ensure fleet utilization is efficient and cost-effective. Monitor driver hours, tachograph compliance and transport KPIs. Maintain transport records, servicing schedules and compliance documentation Support route optimisation to improve efficiency and service levels. Assist with fleet maintenance planning, MOTs and defect reporting. Key Requirements Previous experience in a Transport Planner/ Transport Coordinator role. Strong understanding of drivers hours, tachograph regulations, and transport compliance. Experience using Transport Management Systems (TMS). Good organizational and communication skills. Good IT skills using Microsoft Office. Desirable Knowledge of O License compliance. Previous experience within 3PL or multi- customer operations.
