Responsibilities

  • Required Qualifications

  • Understanding of enterprise infrastructure concepts including compute, storage, networking, virtualization, and container platforms.
  • Familiarity with PowerShell, Python, Ansible, or similar automation tools.
  • Strong troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Customer-focused approach to supporting internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Exposure to OpenShift and/or Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with enterprise storage solutions such as NetApp or Dell PowerStore.
  • Experience with AWS and/or Azure.
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs).
  • Experience working in a data center or enterprise IT environment.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and ticketing systems.
  • Relevant certifications such as VMware VCP, Red Hat, Microsoft, CompTIA Server+, or equivalent.
