Senior Product Manager, Depositions

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, accounting, engineering, computer science, information systems, or a related field (or equivalent certifications/experience).
• 5+ years of software product or project management experience in SaaS environments; experience in Legal, Legal Tech, or AI strongly preferred.
• 2+ years of experience delivering software solutions for the legal industry, ideally related to depositions (preferred).
• Deep knowledge of software development methodologies and hands-on experience working within the full software development life cycle.
• Proven ability to solve complex problems creatively, adapt quickly to shifting priorities, and maintain a strong focus on business success.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities with a consistently data-driven approach; experienced in Agile/Lean delivery frameworks.
• Passionate about driving efficiency, quality metrics, and continuous improvement.
• Willing to travel as needed to Salt Lake City headquarters, customer sites, prospects, or industry conferences across the US and Canada.

You'll work on products in the Depositions by Filevine platform, an AI-powered legal-tech solution that revolutionizes how law firms and legal teams manage depositions. From automated scheduling and seamless hosting to real-time AI analysis, goal tracking, and post-deposition synthesis, a product transforming a traditionally manual process into an integrated, data-driven system Compensation Information: $180,000 - $205,000 The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. The total compensation package for this position will be determined by each individual's location, qualifications, education, work experience, skills and performance.
