Facilities Management Assistant

About the role

You will serve as a Facilities Management Assistant (OA) in the Facilities Management Divsion of NAS CORPUS CHRISTI. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-06) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Inputting and extracting data using Single Platform Maximo (SPM); 2) Reviewing and processing facilities work requests; 3) Utilizing computer software (i.e. Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, electronic email) to revise databases, update guides/handbooks, produce reports/documents, etc.; 4) Providing support by assisting users with various technical problems and proper procedures on Single Platform Maximo (SPM) software. This position requires the ability to type at least 40 words per minute. Your response to the typing skill question on the Occupational Questionnaire will be used in your qualification determination.
