Responsibilities

  • In this role you will:
  • Lead district‑wide implementation strategy by designing thoughtful, data‑informed plans that drive measurable success.
  • Build strong partnerships with cabinet‑level district leaders, principals, and educators-earning trust as a strategic advisor and subject matter expert.
  • Guide program adoption by empowering district teams, strengthening implementation fidelity, and aligning Edmentum solutions with local priorities.
  • Monitor usage and student performance data to uncover insights and make strategic recommendations that accelerate outcomes.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Service teams to support retention, expansion, and customer health.
  • Ensure internal documentation is complete, accurate, and actionable so all partners have a clear picture of district progress and needs.

Requirements

  • You have 7+ years of experience leading EdTech or instructional program implementations at district scale.
  • You have 3+ years of experience supporting SaaS‑based K-12 solutions.

  • You are experienced in engaging and influencing superintendents, cabinet‑level leaders, and principals.
