About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team. Key Responsibilities Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs). Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents. Analyze project costs and monitor budgets throughout project execution. Prepare tender documentation and assist in the procurement process. Strong knowledge of construction contracts, cost estimation, and project budgeting. Experience preparing BOQs, tender documentation, and cost reports. Strong analytical, numerical, and negotiation skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Fluency in English is required.
