- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 12+ years of experience in software engineering with strong experience in:
- Xamarin / MAUI-based mobile development
- Native Android and/or iOS development
- Proven experience in leading engineering teams and managing large-scale mobile application portfolios
- Strong expertise in:
- Cross-platform mobile architecture (MAUI/Xamarin)
- Offline-first mobile design and data synchronization
- API integrations and backend connectivity
- Experience working on enterprise-grade mobile applications with global scale and high user volume
- Exposure to AI-enabled mobile capabilities, such as:
- OCR and image recognition
- Voice-based interfaces
- Data collection automation
- Solid understanding of:
