Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Must be willing to work in-office in Michigan Center, Michigan
  • Active Michigan Property & Casualty and Life, Accident & Health licenses, or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe
  • Free pre-licensing education available for unlicensed candidates
  • Strong interest in sales, prospecting, and business development
  • Comfortable with daily outbound activity, including high call volume and follow-up expectations
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the desire to take ownership of results and income
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to manage pipeline and follow-up effectively
  • Professional presence for in-person, virtual, and phone interactions
  • Basic computer skills and comfort using CRM systems, email, and standard business tools
